DOJ Requests

Filing a case, requesting an expungement or asking for a restraining order all start in the Eclipse DOJ Discord.

Open a Ticket in Discord

Requests are handled through Discord tickets, so nothing gets lost and you can keep talking to the lawyer or judge who picks it up. Open a ticket in the DOJ Discord and say which of the requests below you need.

Include your in-city name, a phone number we can reach you on, and a short description of what happened. Dates, the people involved and any screenshots or clips help us move faster.

Join the DOJ Discord

File a Case

Start a civil or criminal matter, such as suing another citizen or asking the DOJ to take a case to court.

Expungement

Ask the court to clear a charge from your record. Say which charge it is and roughly when it happened.

Restraining Order

Ask the court to keep someone away from you. Name the person and describe what has been happening.
